Selen Alkim, General Manager of Citroen Turkey, stated that while its brands only cover 59 percent of Turkey with the dealer structure, it has increased to 92 percent as of today:
“Our 51 authorized dealers will increase to 58 this year with the participation of regions such as Elazığ and İzmit. In the meantime, while launching the new Citroen C4 on the market, the existing C3 Aircross is being made up very soon, and we will bring it at the end of the 3rd quarter of the year. We aim to sell 40 thousand vehicles and break a record by the end of the year. “

Electric C4 and Ami

Stating that they aim to offer gasoline, diesel and electric engine versions to the customers in each model they launched until 2025, Alkim continued as follows:

“We saw the first example of this in C4. When the C4 was launched globally in November, it was launched with these 3 engine options. And up to 17 percent of the orders collected so far have come with the option of electric motors. We decided to bring the electric version to our customers in Turkey. Starting from the last quarter of the year, we will introduce the electric version of the C4 in another meeting we will hold with you and we will start collecting our orders. ”

Alkim added that they are working to bring the tiny city electric vehicle Ami. Thanks to its lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 5.5 kWh, the Citroen Ami, which can travel 70 km between charges, can be charged in 3 hours with household sockets.
