The electric SUV, which was first communicated at the Kenshiki forum held in Europe in recent months, will be built on Toyota’s new e-TNGA platform, which is versatile and easily adaptable to different product types. It can be changed according to need. Thanks to this approach, vehicle length, width, axle spacing and height can be adjusted. E-TNGA can be used as front-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive, depending on the vehicle type and usage profiles. At the same time, different battery sizes and electric motor capacities can be adapted to this platform. The 2021 Shanghai Auto Show, where the new electric SUV vehicle will be exhibited, will start with the press days on April 19 and 20 and will continue until April 28.
